‘Amazon Astro’ หุ่นยนต์ยามสุดคิ้วท์ ที่มาพร้อมกับความสามารถในการเฝ้าบ้านสุดล้ำ

พอพูดถึงหุ่นยนต์ที่มีหน้าตาเป็นมิตรกับคน หลายคนอาจนึกถึง ‘อาร์ทูดีทู’ จากภาพยนตร์มหากาพย์ Star Wars แต่ตอนนี้เราอาจต้องนึกถึงหุ่นยนต์ตัวใหม่นั่น คือ ‘Astro’ หุ่นยนต์เฝ้าบ้านของ Amazon ที่มาพร้อมกับหน้าตาสุดคิ้วท์ และฟังก์ชันสุดสมาร์ท

Amazon Astro เป็นหุ่นยนต์ตัวน้อยหน้าตาเป็นมิตรที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเฝ้าบ้านของเราตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งในเวลาปกติ มันจะแสดงสีหน้าอันเป็นมิตรบนหน้าจอหมุนได้ (ซึ่งเป็นหัวของมัน) ใช้ฐานล้อในการเคลื่อนตัวเองไปยังพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ทั่วบ้าน และรองรับการสั่งการผ่านระบบเสียง Alexa

Astro ยังมาพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยี visual ID ที่ช่วยให้มันจดจำข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าตาของคนในบ้านได้ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในเวลาที่เราต้องการส่งแจ้งเตือน หรือ โทรหาคนอื่นที่อยู่ในบ้านเดียวกัน รวมถึงเวลาที่เราต้องการส่งของให้คนอื่นที่อยู่ในบ้านด้วย ซึ่ง Astro จะมี cargo bin ที่สามารถบรรจุของ และนำไปส่งให้คนอื่นที่อยู่ในบ้านได้อย่างง่ายดาย

ไม่ใช่แค่เวลาเราอยู่บ้านเท่านั้น เวลาเราอยู่นอกบ้านมันก็ช่วยเราได้เหมือนกัน เราสามารถเปิด Astro App ขึ้นมา เพื่อควบคุม Astro จากระยะไกล เช่น สั่งให้มันไปเช็คห้องที่เราต้องการ หรือ สอดส่องสภาพบ้านของตัวเองแบบ Real-time ผ่านสายตาของ Astro ได้ และถ้าเราตั้งค่า home monitoring ของหุ่นยนต์เป็น Away มันจะส่งแจ้งเตือนเราทันทีเมื่อเห็นคนไม่คุ้นหน้าคุ้นตาอยู่ในบ้าน

มันยังมาพร้อมกับฟีเจอร์ Alexa Guard ที่ช่วยให้มันสามารถตรวจจับเสียงกระจกแตก หรือ สัญญาณอันตรายอื่น ๆ เช่น ควัน หรือ คาร์บอนมอนอกไซด์ และส่งแจ้งเตือนหาเราบน Alexa ได้ และยังสามารถทำงานร่วมกับกล้องวงจรปิด Ring เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในบ้านมากขึ้นได้ด้วย

แถมในเวลาที่เราต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัว เรายังสามารถปิดไมค์ ปิดกล้อง หรือ หยุดการเคลื่อนไหวของมันได้อย่างง่ายดายเพียงแค่กดปุ่มบนตัวหุ่น และกำหนดพื้นที่ที่ห้ามให้มันเข้าไปเมื่อต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวได้ด้วย
